The coaching process
Initial meeting and getting to know each other; in a personal preliminary discussion we get to know each other and set out the general conditions for coaching. These contain
- the clarification of your needs and your expectations
- the presentation of my approach and work style
- the defining of the mutual "rules of the game" during the coaching process.
During this phase, we also have the opportunity to see whether a relationship, characterised by equality, mutual respect and trust, absolute discretion, openness and honesty is present between us and possible – this is an absolute must for a successful collaboration.
If you should decide to work together with me, we will sign a formal contract in which the follows points are regulated
- contract partner
- the objectives and criteria for the verification of the achievement of the stated aims
- general conditions of the coaching process (duration and number of sessions, location of the sessions, times of the sessions, etc.)
- consulting principles and confidentiality
- remuneration (hourly rate, surcharges, method of payment, cancellation provisions).
In the sessions which follow (the main phase of the coaching process), your initial position is clarified and joint ways of achieving the aims you have defined are developed by means of discussion and other target-oriented measures (recognised, scientifically-sound methods, tools and techniques from systemic coaching and individual psychology).
At the end of the coaching process, the verification of the achievement of the aims is carried out as well as a final session which constitutes the formal end of the coaching process.
At the end of the coaching process, the verification of the achievement of the aims is carried out as well as a final session which constitutes the formal end of the coaching process.
