General conditions

Coaching belongs to the field of brief therapy and is therefore time-limited although it generally includes several sessions.
One session takes between 60 minutes (minimum unit) and 120 minutes (maximum) – each being dependent upon the objectives and the types of applied methods, tools and techniques. The duration of the whole coaching process is dependent upon individual aims; there are areas in which it is possible to achieve the aims striven for in 1-3 sessions, but there are also longer processes (further development/change) whereby coaching with 6-10 sessions is sensible and necessary in order to reach the desired aim.

At the moment, the coaching sessions take place at a venue chosen by me and appointments are arranged by telephone.

Remuneration - individual coaching:
EUR 100,- * per 60 minutes
20% surcharge after 7pm
